This position is a field-based/community role covering Hampshire and other local counties. This position is ideal for those seeking full-time employment or individuals interested in an additional zero-hour contract. Duties & Responsibilities: Clinical Oversight:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight within the domiciliary service, ensuring adherence to best practices. Crisis Intervention and Support:
Provide timely and effective crisis intervention and support to those who need it, liaising with appropriate services and facilitating access to crisis interventions as needed. Staff Supervision and Support:
Supervise and support nursing staff, including Registered Nurses, support workers, and junior staff. Care Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and review care plans for service users, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and promote least restrictive practices. Assessment and Risk Management:
Support in the incident reporting and debriefing process, ensuring that care delivery is safe and that we act in a manner that is open and transparent. Clinical Governance and Quality Improvement:
Promote clinical governance and quality improvement within the service, including audit, incident investigation, and implementation of evidence-based practices to enhance service effectiveness and safety. Service User Advocacy:
Advocate for the rights and needs of service users, ensuring their voices are heard and their preferences are respected in the planning and delivery of care. Collaboration and Networking:
Build effective working relationships with external stakeholders, including primary care providers, social services, community, and other healthcare professionals, to facilitate seamless care transitions and promote integrated care delivery. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes. Support in the development, roll out, and maintenance of staff wellbeing strategies, ensuring all staff feel supported, motivated, and aligned to Bleep's values. Qualifications and Experience: Accredited clinician (RMN/RGN nurse, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist) Experience within adult and children’s services. Previous experience in a managerial role with the ability to coach and mentor others. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of others. A valid UK driving license is desirable.
