Who we’re looking for: We’re seeking an accomplished professional with: Full qualification as an Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Demonstrated success delivering commercial financial advice, financial modelling, and strategic decision support. Expertise in development finance, ideally within real estate, and experience managing large-scale development portfolios. Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills. Advanced analytical and financial expertise, with top-tier Excel modelling skills.
