By day, Yates serves up traditional British pub classics in a chilled, easy-going atmosphere. You will be a leader of people, a sales driver, a developer of teams, a profit booster and a guest WOW’er. You will have a sound understanding of food and how to maintain standards, and profitability, deliver consistency whilst managing a Dark Kitchen offer that is extremely successful. Your operational standards will be on point, your house standards will be the highest at all times. You’ll pride yourself on the success you have gained leading, motivating, and coaching your team to deliver to your standards, whilst ensuring the guest experience is just never short of brilliant!
