Join our Team as a Battery Performance Engineer in Oxford. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Battery Performance Engineer to join our client's Engineering R&D team based in the vibrant city of Oxford. Our Client is at the forefront of developing innovative HV battery systems for electric vehicles, making this role a fantastic opportunity to be part of cutting-edge technology development. Key Responsibilities for Battery Performance Engineer Role:

Developing and implementing Systems Modelling & Simulations. Testing batteries' performance with MatLab software. Designing and testing advanced battery cell technologies. Conceptualizing new concepts for high voltage (HV) battery systems. Qualifications / Requirements for Battery Performance Engineer Role:

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automotive engineering or related field. Proven experience working on complex projects relating to energy storage devices. Experience in data analysis in MATLAB. Experience in systems modelling and simulations. Familiarity with HV battery systems. Familiarity with battery cell technologies. Good communication skills, both written and oral; English proficiency level being considered mandatory while relevant job-related qualifications can suffice instead if demonstrating equivalent linguistic ability. Salary Package Offered: The package offers £50,000 per annum plus other benefits that come from joining one of the UK's leading Engineering R&D firms within their industry sector.
