RECfinancial is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a large business based in Leicestershire. The role is based at an impressive office which is commutable distance from areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Nottingham, Derby, Coventry & Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this exciting Finance Business Partner role will be responsible for: Leading the firm's budgeting and forecasting activities Business modelling Ownership of the board pack Commercial analysis Driving decision making based on data-driven information Working with the senior leadership team
The role has a small team reporting to it.
The business is keen to hire a candidate who is likely to be in a role with a predominant commercial focus. You will be experienced in working with non-finance staff to drive commercial understanding and improve operational impact through data-led decision making.
