Abacus is partnering with a large commercial firm to appoint a Senior Legal Counsel (LC). A new legal team is under construction and you will provide a vital piece in the structure. You will offer a comprehensive level of PQE gained either from a Practice or In house environment. A core aspect of the LC role involves non-contentious commercial contracts but the team will actively manage an array of legal demands including employment, property, regulatory and compliance, intellectual property and more.
