What You'll Do: Take charge of the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring children feel safe and supported. Lead and mentor our wonderful team, helping them grow and thrive in their roles. Create fun and engaging learning activities that inspire children to explore and learn. Build strong relationships with parents and carers to keep them informed and involved. Make sure we meet all Ofsted requirements and maintain a safe, caring environment. What We're Looking For: Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent); Level 5/6 in Leadership & Management is a plus. Previous experience in a nursery setting, with leadership or management experience. A true passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
