Principal Mechanical Engineer
with a mechanical engineering background to join their established team based in
Belfast . This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, client-facing Engineer to take a leading role on a variety of exciting projects across Northern Ireland. To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated, confident individual with team leadership skills, able to deliver high-profile projects to the highest standards. What you’ll do! Maintain client relationships with several key clients. Undertake quality checks and promote technical excellence. Be accountable for the team's results and adherence to agreed-upon budget. Act as a mentor to other staff and promote CPD activities. Carry out risk assessments and value engineering. Contribute to and provide information for fee proposals.
