BMS Commissioning Engineer - Berkshire / Surrey / Hampshire
I'm working closely with a small-medium sized BEMS specialist who are enhancing their BMS projects division. They require a BMS Commissioning Engineer to join the business to support small-medium sized project work.
The company is based in the Midlands and has a solid history within the BMS industry. The directors are very accommodating individuals and are confident in their offering of a positive working environment, which includes open communication, development opportunities, and an impressive company structure.
The BMS Commissioning Engineer would be expected to carry out commissioning duties on both Trend & Tridium projects. They currently lean towards Trend projects and have a healthy pipeline of quotes for Tridium work. The BMS Commissioning Engineer would be expected to complete commissioning tasks which would include modifications on site. The ability to write software from scratch would be desirable and would also give the BMS Commissioning Engineer more autonomy on projects.
The BMS Commissioning Engineer package would include a basic salary of £40,000 - £55,000 with car or car allowance (£5k) + pension + overtime rates + company credit card and more.
This opportunity would allow the successful BMS Commissioning Engineer to cover a localised area (minimal central London work), maintain a healthy work-life balance, and work with Trend & Tridium products.
