Description

To manage the day-to-day centre management, undertake AM2 testing as per NET requirements, delivering high-quality assessments, contributing to the AM2 centre accreditation, NET Compliance, AM2 centre organisation, testing/reporting, and ordering materials to ensure the smooth running of the centre on a daily basis. Job Purpose

Deliver high-quality assessments in accordance with NET compliance, preparing assessment areas for assessments and clearing and resetting assessment areas after each assessment, including marking assessments and completing all College and NET paperwork as necessary to the required standard and compliance. Liaising with NET verifiers, moderators and other relevant external bodies as required for continued quality management and meeting NET contract compliance. Contribute to business planning and performance monitoring. Track and document learners' progress, maintaining assessment files, and other centre documentation. Contribute to the College quality standards and Key Performance Indicators for the AM2 centre provision. Process candidate applications to confirmed bookings, liaising with the finance department on invoicing and payment of assessments. Maintain the centre to a high standard. Ensure the adequate supply of materials, tools, and equipment for AM2 centre sessions including maintaining stock levels, ordering stock and the safe storage of all materials. Exercise good and safe AM2 centre practice in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and legislation, maintaining a safe, clean, and tidy learning environment, including observing and complying with all relevant H&S and COSHH regulations. Generate and maintain department records and reports. Develop and maintain experience and qualifications, in order to continue to meet the requirements of NET and to meet the range of assessments administered through the centre.
