Chief Executive Miscarriage Association £60,000 - £70,000 Wakefield (mainly office-based with regular travel to London and to national events and conferences across the UK) Full time permanent contract (flexible working considered) The Miscarriage Association acknowledges the distress associated with pregnancy loss and strives to make a positive difference to those it affects. As our next Chief Executive, you will have the full support of the trustees to develop the strategy that will take us through the next chapter of our journey, based on a sound understanding of the organisation's culture and reputation and ensuring that the needs of our beneficiaries are at the heart of everything we do. You will be leading a dedicated and committed team of staff. We are looking for someone with a passion to support, and advocate for, people going through what may be one of the worst times in their lives. At the same time, we are looking for a leader who can help us grow our income and our community - of people we support, and of people who support us. If your leadership style is one that inspires and takes others with them; if you have the interpersonal skills to build relationships with key partners, stakeholders and influencers, media and policy makers; and if you believe you can make an impactful and long-lasting difference to our organisation and the people we are here to serve, we would be delighted to receive your application. Stage 2: Thursday 30th November 2023 Formal panel interviews involving trustees. It is anticipated these will be held at the office in Wakefield and will include a presentation.
