The successful candidate will initially take up a Senior Sales Director role for an initial period to learn the business and transition to Managing Director. The post holder will have a proven track record of consistently overachieving, gaining recognition and promotion for results and strategies accomplished and implemented. Duties:
Overseeing/Managing a National Sales Team Selling through distribution channels Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans Establishing business goals and strategies Responsible for budgets, finance, and strategic growth Comprehensive Business Plans and Reports Good understanding of branding, product, and market position Ability to create a long-term vision for the company, working closely with Board Members and Founders Direct contact with all staff Element of UK and European travel to client/distributor sites Skills required:
Degree educated or above Previous experience selling through a distribution network is essential Experience gained at Senior Director level Ability to demonstrate a history of success and promotion through current and previous positions Experience of establishing business goals and strategies Confident, charismatic, forward-thinking, progressive, and commercially aware Excellent leadership and communication skills A true positive influencer This role would suit a candidate seeking longevity, growth, and personal development.
