What's expected of you?
Take control of a busy production line with over 50 different variants of 4 key products. Ensure a smooth manufacturing process, with an emphasis on problem solving, resource management, and operational planning. Motivate and inspire staff to drive improvement and change. Manage different personalities and engage them with improvements - proactiveness is key.
What are we looking for?
Experience within a Team lead/supervisory role in a manufacturing environment. Strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire staff, with a proactive and positive mentality. Nice to have: Industry exposure to electro/mechanical engineering or a cleanroom environment.
