Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: Broadway

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Hotel Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel; however, all candidates will be given due consideration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be managing a hotel that provides varied accommodation, a 2-rosette restaurant, and a variety of other dining options. You'll share a thoughtful, guest-centred approach to service and bring a meticulous attention to detail and a genuine warmth to guests and team alike. You will be able to lead, motivate, inspire, and develop over 100 loyal employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for their P&L and will be able to set targets for the team, as well as respond to changes in business levels and the market in general.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Hotel Manager in a similar establishment is essential. Due to the rural location, you will require your own transport. You'll report into the MD for hotels, so financial acumen is essential. Good communication skills. Able to prioritise workload to complete all tasks to high standards.

Benefits:

30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years). A complimentary celebration birthday lunch in one of the hotels. Access to onsite mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme from Hospitality Action. Free access to wellbeing resources. Hundreds of high street discounts. Estate discounts on dining, stays, wine, spa products, and more. A complimentary night stay including dinner for you and a guest, to experience the hotel. Be rewarded with £1000 to spend how you wish in the employee recognition programme. Up to £1000 when you successfully refer a friend. Premium payments for Christmas and New Year shifts. An optional, low-cost healthcare cash plan. Free, in-person financial planning advice.
