Job Responsibilities

Social Strategy

Plan and develop a comprehensive annual social strategy and content calendar that aligns with SHEIN's brand and business objectives. Stay ahead of the curve and monitor cultural and social trends to drive the creation and calendar of content. Ensure brand consistency across all social media activity adhering to the brand's positioning, identity and tone of voice. Build out platform-first best practices across social channels and execute against them to increase followers and subscribers to social channels. Content Creation

Plan and create engaging social media content, including posts, captions, images, and videos, that aligns with SHEIN's brand voice and messaging. Put a specific focus on creating content in line with current and long-term social media trends to increase reach and engagement. Optimise content in-line with channel best practices to capture attention and increase engagement. Collaborate with internal teams including brand, design, partnerships and performance marketing to produce high-quality content. Creator and Influencer Management

Build and manage a roster of content creators and influencers who can act as ambassadors for the brand. Sourcing and recruiting new talent and onboarding them to the SHEIN team. Lead on tactical creator and influencer briefs to support on key campaigns and activations. Monitor performance of creator content across social channels and optimise towards content quality, reach and engagement. Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive and engaging online community. Identify and execute moments of magic in response to our online community. Identify and address any negative feedback or issues. Analytics and Reporting

Track and analyse key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, shareability, and content effectiveness (VTR's, View time, etc). Use data insights to optimise content performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support Overall Marketing Campaigns in the UK

Job Requirements Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience working in the fashion, beauty or retail industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management or content creation or a similar role. Proven track record of planning and creating successful social media content and campaigns. Experience using social media analytics tools and reporting back on channel and content performance. Track record of working with talent, influencers and content creators. Key Skills & Interests

Passion for social media content creation. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (key focus on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Excellent creative development and copywriting skills. Strong project management and organisational abilities. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (not design skills). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in emerging trends in fashion. Curiosity for doing things differently.
