Our client is a prestigious City firm, which is very highly ranked by the legal directories across numerous practice areas, including Pensions. As a firm with such a strongly established reputation, they attract both premium clients and top-tier, international work.
For the Pensions (Advisory) team, the work involves advising a range of employers, charities, public bodies, and institutions on setting up, reconstructing, and closing down their pension schemes. The firm is trusted by its prestigious clients to advise discretely on pension matters such as corporate restructuring, automatic enrolment, and responsibility for historic pension liabilities.
The team is looking to expand with an Associate, of at least 2 years' PQE. In this role, you will work closely with the Partner, but also be given plenty of autonomy and responsibility in dealing with clients.
To be considered, you must:
Be a Pensions Lawyer with good quality training and experience at a firm well regarded for its Pensions practice, preferably another City firm or highly regarded regional firm;
Ideally be between 2 and 6 years' PQE;
Be committed to developing your Pensions specialism;
Be a hard-working individual who can also work well within a collaborative team environment.
