across UK and European markets. This desk, a proven hub for high achievers, has been cultivated over the years and is renowned for producing top billers year after year. With an average placement value of £20,000, standard business terms at 30%, and an uncapped commission structure (up to 30%), the earning potential is limitless! Your responsibilities will include: Building and managing a portfolio of clients and candidates. Selling a suite of services, including
contingency recruitment ,
retained searches , and
Talent as a Service (TAAS) . Delivering exceptional service, measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS). Laying the foundation for and scaling a high-performing recruitment team. What’s in it for you? This role offers a
