As a Maintenance Engineering Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in leading a team of engineers, whilst taking a hands-on role, delivering high-quality servicing and repairs across site. With a focus on both preventative and reactive maintenance, you will contribute to driving technological advancements and innovative engineering products.

As a Maintenance Engineering Team Leader, you will: Lead and motivate the engineering team. Maintain and repair production equipment efficiently. Perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns. Oversee equipment testing and factory start-ups. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

The successful Maintenance Engineering Team Leader will have: Hands-on engineering experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Expertise in planned maintenance and PPM development. Proven ability to prioritise resources in a fast-paced environment.
