What The Job Looks Like

Acting as a customer-oriented BP & providing strategic decision support to cross functional brand teams, Global commercial functions, Country Finance Directors and Commercial Controlling Helping to steer & optimize global commercial performance and being responsible for commenting and story-lining according to strategy Being responsible for regular reporting to rating agencies and bond holders, leading commercial controlling chapters for bond documents (OM and management presentation) Independent preparation of reports for top-management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data Being the first contact point for preparation of annual financial statement for commercial business including impairment test and management report What You'll Bring To The Table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experiences in Finance and Controlling or other business area Minimum 5 to 8 years work experience in finance & controlling Strong business understanding paired with analytical, and presentation skills Proficiency in story-telling In-depth experience with reporting & analytics technologies (GRIPS, Qlik, Power BI, BW etc.) Broad and in depth understanding of finance & controlling processes Fluent in business English, German is a plus In this position you will enrich and leverage on your network with colleagues from all departments within Finance, country organisations as well as global commercial functions. You will help to achieve Grünenthal Commercial´s goals and explain to internal and external stakeholders the strategic ambition and our way to get there.
