Are you an experienced multi-site manager with a strong background in the retail and/or charity sector? We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Retail Area Manager to motivate our retail teams and volunteers!
You will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic team who are passionate about what they do.
Working in conjunction with the Senior Retail Manager and Head of Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing operational compliance, conducting regular audits, and driving profitability across multiple sites.

To succeed in this role, you will be able to communicate confidently at all levels, have a desire to support the development of people with a variety of needs, and have a positive can-do attitude. Your resilience and adaptability will be key in effectively delivering excellent customer service and contributing to change & improvement for those who need it.
This is a hybrid role, primarily based at our Warehouse in Oxford, with frequent travel (3-4 days per week) required to our Shops across the geographical areas we serve. Pay range for this role is £31,994 – £39,852 per annum, plus company car with a mileage allowance.
