Project Manager (Training in Renewable Energy)
Location: Exeter / Devon
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Technical Training + Training into Biomass Industry + Career development / Progression + Flexitime after 6 months + Employee Welfare Benefits Package + Increasing Holiday Allowance + Pension + Future Progression in other Renewables

In this role, you will:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from commercial and domestic installation to maintenance services of biomass boilers. Oversee the full project lifecycle - planning, design, and completion. Contribute to technical design and become a specialist after training.
This is the perfect role for someone experienced in project management / coordination looking to branch into the renewable energy market. You will be entering one of the most secure industries and receiving technical training to become a renewable energy specialist within an organisation committed to employee development and career progression.
The Role: Full project lifecycle management of biomass installs and maintenance services across the UK. Project planning / scheduling. Contractor and Sub-Contractor management. Client relationship building. On-site and office support, including design and survey duties.
The Candidate: Experienced in Project Management / Coordination, with experience in managing multiple complex projects. Background can be from construction, agricultural, M&E, etc. as the technical aspects can be fully trained. Willing to stay away up to 4 nights a month - fully expensed. Seeking to secure a skill set within the renewable energy market, driven by training, personal and career progression.
