What You’ll Do Build and enhance our data warehouse using the latest Microsoft stack (SQL Server 2022, SSIS, Power BI Server). Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into actionable solutions. Dive into data analysis to solve problems and uncover insights. Explore new BI capabilities in the cloud (Azure). Mentor team members and share your expertise in BI technologies. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of SQL Server development experience (T-SQL, stored procedures). Strong SSIS knowledge and understanding of data warehousing concepts. Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver robust BI solutions. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. Bonus Points For: Azure or Power BI experience (we’re heading to the cloud!). Retail insurance industry knowledge. If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to take on exciting challenges, we’d love to hear from you!
