I am hiring for a Technical/ Design Manager for a regional contractor based in Poole. Typical projects will be RC frame buildings accommodations, with some high-end residential projects too.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Design Management of up to circa 3 projects. Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams. Requirements:
You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size. Office-based but working on site when required. Experience in a Design role with a main contractor.
