Assistant Store Managers collaborate closely with our Optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience. This role suits a range of people, including those who work in retail and healthcare industries. Optical industry experience is helpful, but not essential. We are looking for effective and caring leaders who are organized, able to think on their feet, and make good decisions that support the continued growth of our brand. Other requirements: Minimum 3 years of strong experience in customer-facing roles involving sales. Experience supervising other workers and delivering on-site training to junior members of a team. Ability to demonstrate the skill of building meaningful and long-term relationships with customers. Collaborative and consultative teamwork and leadership style. Optical experience preferred.
