About the Role Lead and inspire a team of Sales professionals to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including white space analysis and value-based selling techniques. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of top sales talent, ensuring high performance and team success. Drive accurate sales forecasting, maintain CRM integrity, and collaborate with marketing for effective lead generation. About You Extensive experience in sales leadership within a SaaS environment, with a proven track record of driving and winning new business. Strong ability to develop and refine productivity metrics and KPIs for optimising team performance. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing sales teams. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and conducting product demonstrations. The Package Competitive salary of up to £67,000, plus up to £40,000 in commission. Flexible hybrid working model: three days in the Sheffield office, two days from home.
