Position Summary We are seeking a skilled

Manufacturing Engineer

to help improve site performance and effiencies helping manage the calibration, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and production equipment at a leading operational site. This role focuses on driving operational efficiency through Lean manufacturing tools while ensuring equipment meets all regulatory compliance and operational standards. If you have experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve equipment issues and implement corrective and preventative actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using tools like Kaizen, 5S, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) to enhance production processes. Implement and sustain best practices for production equipment settings and training programs. Lead projects focused on automation and process improvements to support future business investments. Supervise contractors and service engineers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Schedule and coordinate service work to align with production demands. Manage the engineering asset database. Drive assigned capital expenditure projects from concept to completion. Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications and Experience HNC/HND in

Mechanical Engineering

or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in

highly regulated manufacturing environments . Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools for asset management and reporting. Demonstrated success in

process improvement projects

and

efficiency initiatives . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders. Willingness to participate in an on-call rota; candidates should live within a one-hour commute to the site.
