Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the system. Develop and implement process improvements for increased efficiency. Coordinate with IT department to manage system upgrades and resolve issues. Train and support staff in the use of financial systems. Prepare financial reports and analysis for management. Comply with financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with other department managers to align financial systems with business objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Systems Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. CIMA, ACCA, ACA. Proven experience in managing financial systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes. Strong IT skills and familiarity with finance software.
