We're on the lookout for a proactive Marketing Events Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for executing and running events that showcase what Good Growth is all about. You’ll work closely with our co-founder/CEO to make our events plan happen. From round tables to large retailer-attended events, you'll create engaging experiences that connect with our audience and help drive conversations with our customers.

What You'll Be Doing: Event Planning & Execution: Design and manage a variety of events, ensuring they align with our marketing goals and business objectives.

Handle all the details, from scheduling to logistics, to make sure each event runs smoothly.

Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, making sure we get the best bang for our buck.

Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure services and negotiate deals.

Team up with our internal squads—marketing, sales, insight and technology —to ensure everything's on point.

Marketing & Promotion: Craft and roll out marketing campaigns to promote the events we attend across channels like email, LinkedIn, and our website.

On-site Management: Be the friendly face on event days, handling setup, engagement, and wrap-up.

Post-Event Follow-Up: Gather feedback and analyse event performance to see what's working and where we can improve.

Stay Updated: Keep an eye on industry trends; we need to be in the rooms our target clients want to be in.

What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in event planning and marketing, ideally in tech or digital services.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at once.

Great communication and people skills; you're comfortable engaging with folks at all levels.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.

A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch experiences.

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel – likely to the US - when required.
