Job Description
Our client is a well-known and award-winning established inbound tour operator working with tour operators from around the world, planning and booking services for VIPs and luxury clients coming to the UK. We have a new role as a Tailor Made Reservations Consultant where you will be working daily with international travel clients and UK-based suppliers such as hotels, attractions, visitor services, restaurants, transport, and guides. Your responsibilities will include: Making arrangements including creating interesting itineraries. Booking mainly 4 & 5 star hotels throughout the UK and Ireland. Utilizing knowledge of booking group services within UK main cities. The role will be based in their Edinburgh office, and after a full training program lasting up to 6 months, you can then be home-based twice a week. They use the system Tourplan and are happy to offer additional training on that.
