Strategic Finance (Investment banking) - SaaS Hybrid working model £80/100k (depending on experience) + share options Talentedge are proud to be partnering again with an exceptionally high growth (VC backed) technology business who are scaling at an incredibly impressive rate. In what is a newly created position and the first of its kind at this level for the business, we are working on a Strategic Finance opportunity. You’ll be a great cultural fit for the company if you are curious, inquisitive and energetic with a progressive and ambitious work ethic. You will be tasked with increasing the strength and commerciality of insights provided to senior management across the business in order to drive forward business decision making. Key responsibilities: Become a trusted figurehead within the business whose inputs, insights and recommendations are truly respected, actioned and implemented. Partner with Director / Head of functions across the entire organisation. Take the lead on analysing and reporting on financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs. Create complex financial models & have ultimate ownership. Build out & improve on existing budgeting, forecasting and planning across all business functions. Take the lead on business case preparation. Profile: Highly effective business partner with expansive senior stakeholder management. Able to advise, challenge and influence. Analytical and hands-on by nature, happy rolling your sleeves up and building complex models from scratch to support and drive business decision making. Highly proficient with business intelligence and data visualisation tools. Investment banking / management consulting background coupled with international, rapid-scale tech sector experience.
