Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance management of the Physics teaching staff. Budget effectively to ensure the department has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Teaching and Learning:
Contribute to the teaching of Physics across the curriculum, potentially including Key Stage 3 (Years 7-8) and Key Stage 4 (Years 9-11). Foster a love of Physics in students and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and understanding to excel in the subject.
