Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a passionate and strategic General Manager to join its dynamic team near Exeter, Devon. As an experienced General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations across a number of establishments within the group, managing staff, operations, guest experience, and financial planning.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a dedicated team, delivering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing outstanding service and memorable experiences.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and quality control.
Recruit, train, and develop a team capable of meeting and exceeding targets.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a General Manager, or a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong financial acumen complemented with analytical skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
