Role Overview: The Operations Director – Strategic Accounts Finance will lead a team delivering projects and services to strategic finance accounts globally. Responsibilities include improving efficiency, productivity, and quality while adhering to budget and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with account goals. Foster relationships with key customer stakeholders. Meet financial and margin expectations. Identify and implement process improvements. Manage resources, budgeting, and supply chain. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies. Maintain quality management systems and ensure compliance. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Provide regular performance reports to senior management. Support managed service activities within strategic accounts. Requirements: Proven global operational leadership experience in tech cabling infrastructure projects and managed services. Strong relationships with strategic finance customers. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Leadership and people management abilities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Industry experience and understanding.
