We are now seeking a talented and passionate

Senior Graphic Designer

to

shape our brand identity, enhance our website, and create compelling ad visuals. Your responsibilities will include:

Branding:

Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for Synthflow across all platforms.

Web Design:

Design visually engaging and user-friendly layouts for our website using Figma and other tools. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.

Ad Design:

Create attention-grabbing designs for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, social media posts, and other ad formats.

Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams, effectively communicate design rationale, and iterate based on feedback.

Agility:

Experiment, adapt, and iterate in a fast-moving startup environment to ensure our visuals stand out in a competitive landscape.

Who you are

Must-Haves:

Proficiency in Design Tools:

Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other graphic design tools.

Web Design Skills:

Experience creating responsive and accessible web designs, preferably with no-code tools like Webflow.

Ad Design Expertise:

Proven ability to design impactful visuals for digital advertising campaigns.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing your branding, web design, and ad creative work.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly articulate ideas and actively listen to feedback.

Experience:

5+ years in graphic or visual design, ideally within innovative or fast-paced environments.

Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of No-Code Tools:

Familiarity with additional no-code platforms (e.g., Zapier and Bubble) is a plus.

Experience with Motion Graphics:

Familiarity with animation tools like Lottie Files or After Effects.

Industry Experience:

Designing for GenAI, B2B products, or tools in the ML/AI/Data space.

Startup Experience:

Previous experience in a startup environment, where agility and collaboration are key.
