This is your opportunity to join a leading supplier who, due to growth, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis. About you: Previous experience of working in a similar role. Previous experience of managing/supervising a team. In your new role you will: Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring all operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with company policies and industry standards. Ensure that processes for receiving, storage, order fulfilment, shipping, and returns are executed accurately and timely. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment as needed to meet customer demand. Track metrics to enhance productivity, reduce costs, minimize errors, and deliver superior customer service. Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff. Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs. Provide regular feedback to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and any necessary improvements. Other adhoc duties.
