Head of Conveyancing - Sheffield

In this role, you'll coordinate services across multiple sites, ensuring seamless operations while driving the team's success. Manage a range of quality freehold and leasehold cases, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, equity release, and new builds. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties throughout the conveyancing process. Oversee the full final sign-off process for conveyancing transactions. Supervise a small, experienced team, providing guidance and support. Drive the development and growth of the branch and office. You must be a qualified Conveyancer - Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive. A minimum of 5 years' conveyancing experience is preferred (3 years for qualified Solicitors). Proven experience managing a varied caseload from inception to completion. A strong understanding of leasehold property matters. Reliable, professional, and able to thrive under pressure. Proficient in using office applications and familiar with Case Management Systems. What's On Offer?
