A leading specialist MEP contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London. The main objective of the role is to deliver the commercial requirements for a portfolio of MEP projects across the Greater London region for both private and public sector clients. Key duties will include: Ensuring all commercial contractual obligations and strategies are executed and regularly monitored. Leading small commercial teams on projects, holding full accountability for developing and implementing pre and post contract strategies. Producing internal and external commercial reports including cost reporting, forecasts and final accounts. Working collaboratively by engaging with all internal and external stakeholders keeping them informed on project development and performance. Ensuring the delivery of the commercial function on assigned projects. Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements. Managing change variations and payment requests. Why Apply

Responsible for a portfolio of MEP projects across Greater London, with MEP package values ranging from £10m up to £50m. Delivering MEP works for a broad range of clients covering both the private and public sectors. Overall project values range from £50m up to £100m+. You will lead small commercial teams on projects, aiding individual development alongside carrying out day-to-day commercial duties. Candidate Requirements

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a career move. They are also keen to see experienced Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression with experience of managing their own projects. Minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering the commercial requirements for MEP projects within construction. Must have a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering MEP projects in current or recent roles. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with clients and senior level stakeholders. Relevant quantity surveying degree.
