Job Title: Site Manager
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Vehicle
Location: Sites across Northern Ireland only
We are working with a leading construction company specialising in a wide range of projects, including commercial developments, civil engineering, infrastructure, education sector builds, local government refurbishments, and building restoration across Northern Ireland. We are recruiting for a Site Manager, who will play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, liaise with clients, and ensure health and safety standards are upheld on site. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects, from cutting-edge commercial builds to the restoration of iconic heritage sites. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a variety of construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, within budget and timelines. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Lead site teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration. Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with regulations. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during construction. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a Site Manager role, ideally across multiple sectors such as commercial, civil engineering, or restoration. Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure. A commitment to delivering exceptional results. Full UK driving license (essential). What We Offer:
