About the role As Talent Partner, you will manage full cycle recruitment across the full suite of business functions at Nominet including corporate and technology groups. You will oversee the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring that we attract, engage and hire the best candidates to meet our needs and deliver against our key strategic priorities. In addition to recruitment delivery, this role also offers an opportunity to lead and support a range of TA projects that align with our broader TA / People Strategy and drive efficiencies across our recruitment processes: Pipeline and Candidate quality Candidate and Hiring manager satisfaction scores Project delivery in line with TA strategy TA Process optimisation DEI metrics About you and your experience Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Strong stakeholder management capabilities with proven success in building relationships at all levels Proactive approach with a bias for improvement, efficiency and operational excellence Process driven with high level data accuracy and good attention to detail Champion for exceptional candidate experience Passion for technology and understanding of tech market trends What we offer Early Finish Friday – Working week of 34 hours with full time pay (Finish at Midday Friday) 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the ability to purchase an additional 5 days Bupa private healthcare + Employee Assistance Programme Electric vehicle scheme with on-site charging points Rewards platform with access to discounts at hundreds of shops, restaurants etc. MediCash discounts on routine healthcare including optical, dental and much more Company and individual performance-based annual bonus Please note:
