Develop and implement a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Develop strategy and delivery methodology. Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery. Conduct and oversee internal audits across various business units and functions, including risk management, compliance, and financial reporting. Provide internal audit action plans and recommendations. Oversee the execution of audit deliveries against KPI's and SLA's. Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development. The Person:
Previous internal audit experience at a senior level. Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - desirable not essential. Deep understanding of internal audit methodologies and the expectations of the regulator. Proven experience in service delivery across multiple projects. Excellent presentation skills. Highly driven with the ability and determination to deliver results.
