This National Firm is looking for a senior level corporate associate to join their busy London team.
This team is well known for their leading work in the mid-market, working with a range of clients including entrepreneurs, SMEs, financial institutions, and FTSE 100s. They have a strong ECM element to their corporate team and undertake work on the UKLA listing regime, the London Stock Exchange and AIM Rules, and the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
They are keen to speak to corporate associates around the 5PQE level who have strong M&A and ECM experience. They are particularly interested in UK qualified associates coming from recognized UK teams.
