Email and Web Developer - JP Morgan - London - 12 months contract - Hybrid - PAYE

We are seeking an experienced Email and Web Developer from a Financial Services or Corporate environment to join JP Morgan's Corporate Meetings & Events group in London on an initial 12 months contract due to an increase in BAU workload. As an Email and Web Developer, you will work with the Corporate Meetings & Events group and its clients, and will have significant exposure and interaction to design and build client event websites, emails and registration forms for information gathering using tools including HTML, CSS and Bootstrap.

If you are a strong team partner and have the ability to work independently, handle multiple projects and prioritise workload with a keen attention to detail, whilst meeting strict deadlines; you have found the right team!

Job responsibilities: Collaborate with event planners and clients to design, build and maintain highly effective event marketing emails, websites and registration forms using the Firm's event management system. Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining a high standard of delivery and execution. Adhere to internal policies and procedures with regards to day-to-day activities, compliance regulations and approval processes. Communicate appropriately with senior stakeholders to manage expectations and raise important issues to stakeholders in a timely manner. Develop partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for complex conference and event execution. Actively test the Firm's event management system to identify bugs and use cases, and work on other technology-related projects as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Relevant experience in designing and developing websites and emails using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3 and 5 and Jquery. JavaScript and Power Query are nice to have. Experience developing responsive/adaptive websites for mobile devices. Relevant experience and a high level of competency working with Microsoft Office applications. Uphold strong business ethics when dealing with confidential or other sensitive information. Relevant experience working with content management systems. Prior experience in Financial Services or Corporate environments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite applications. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Experience with website and email analytics tools. Aptitude for technology, systems and understanding organisational structures. *Please note that this role will be working on a hybrid model of 3 days minimum office based and up to 2 days wfh.
