Link3 is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our nursery in Sheffield. As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the preschool room, ensuring a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 0 to 5 years. This is a full-time and term-time position: 39 weeks per year, 33.45 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 6 pm). Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily activities within the preschool room. Ensure effective use of staff and resources, maintaining high standards of care and education. Implement and enhance practices to continuously improve the learning environment. Collaborate with management to uphold preschool standards and contribute to staff development. Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and foster child-led learning. To be successful in this Room Leader position, you will:

Hold a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare (e.g., CWDC Diploma, NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, CACHE). Have at least 2 years of post-qualifying experience in a childcare setting, including some senior responsibilities. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Exhibit a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young children. Be able to effectively communicate and relate to both children and colleagues. Essential Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare. At least 2 years in a relevant childcare role with experience in senior responsibilities. Understanding of children’s development, EYFS, and safeguarding procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Our nursery Offers:
