Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent). Listed on GMC Specialist Register for primary care. Be up to date with annual appraisal process and revalidation cycle. Qualified GP with experience in primary care. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within an MDT. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills written, verbal and particularly listening. A clear understanding of professional responsibility and accountability. Experience of clinical leadership and service development based on dynamic needs assessments. Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check. Desirable: Experience and a qualification in delivering women's health (e.g. DRCOG). Experience in corporate healthcare and occupational medicine (e.g. Dip Occ Med). Personal Attributes: Adhering to medical ethics and professional standards. Ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
