We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using advanced statistical, mathematical, simulation, and machine learning approaches. You'll build models for demand, lapse, cross-sell, upsell, and pricing optimization, supporting our pricing strategy and roadmap. Collaborate with teams across Protection, Distribution, and Product to deliver commercial pricing models and initiatives. Develop and automate analytical processes using structured and unstructured data to drive efficiency and growth. Provide impactful insights and analysis, develop analytics reporting and dashboards, and communicate recommendations clearly. Support team members and stakeholders, ensuring all activities align with budgets and timescales.
