Role Overview:

As the Co-founder and CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Better Career’s technology infrastructure, building scalable platforms, and driving innovative solutions to achieve our mission. You will work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to align technology with organizational goals and ensure smooth execution of technical strategies. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's vision and growth objectives. Platform Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable platforms and tools for talent acquisition, skills development, and employer engagement. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing tech team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence. Technical Oversight: Manage system architecture, DevOps, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Collaboration: Partner with business teams to align technical solutions with market needs, ensuring product-market fit. Budget Management: Optimize technology budgets and resources for maximum impact. Growth Support: Provide technical expertise to onboard startups and SMEs, ensuring seamless integration with our platforms. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CTO, Lead Developer, or similar role in a startup or technology-driven organization. Strong technical background in software development, system architecture, and DevOps. Experience with developing and scaling platforms for talent management or education technology is a plus. Passion for empowering young professionals and bridging the skills gap. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Weekly Time Commitment:
