Working alongside developers, business analysts, and testers, you’ll lead an agile squad to success while ensuring continuous improvement and a strong team dynamic. You’ll mentor junior developers and work closely with other senior leaders to drive the team’s technical direction.

Lead an agile squad of developers, guiding them in best practices and high-quality software development. Solution Design:
Design and implement innovative software solutions using the latest web technologies. Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, supporting their professional growth. Senior Software Engineer – Essential Skills: Technical Proficiency:
Extensive experience with C# and .NET development. JavaScript Skills:
Proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks, ideally Vue.js. Leadership Abilities:
