About the Role The Customer Onboard Specialist role, based out of our

Cricklewood hub , is responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service as well as creating unforgettable experiences when presenting our customers with a brand new vehicle. Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing guidance and support to our customers on how to become more profitable and maintain a higher driver rating. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure that customer behaviours stay aligned with their contracts and responsibilities on the road. Create long-lasting relationships that go beyond expected service levels, including semi-regular catch-ups with each customer. Perform customer onboarding tasks, including inspections of the vehicles. Provide information regarding servicing and upgrading. What You’ll Bring:

Excellent customer experience skills. Attention to detail is paramount. Being a scale-up business, no two days are the same. You may be asked to perform duties outside of this job description; therefore, being a team player is a must! A passion for working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
