Flour Station Market , ensuring smooth functionality and high performance. Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets, develop business strategies, and maintain operational excellence, whilst demonstrating knowledge and passion for bread. Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues professionally. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe market environment. Manage stock, inventory, and labour costs, while helping achieve sales and controlling expenses. Assist with staff training, development, and motivation to drive customer service and performance. Place orders, control inventory, and conduct annual performance evaluations. Our team tells us you will be a great addition if you: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on exceptional customer service. 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a passion for baking and the food industry. Comfortable handling tasks such as spreadsheets, invoicing, and difficult conversations. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen maintenance practices, with an appreciation for premium, fresh bread and pastries.
