About the role of Project Director Looking for a Project Director to work on residential new build and cut&carve projects in London up to £150million, seeing the projects from PCSA to delivery. Responsibilities for Project Director Full responsibility of the project delivery, pulling together design, commercial and operation team for a successful project. This Project Director will report into the Divisional Director and have a team reporting in, made up of Project/Site managers. Working with the bid team on tenders, converting PCSA's and working closely with the design and commercial team in the planning of projects. Building relationships with the client and ensuring client is satisfied with the project progress. Requirements for Project Director Looking for a dynamic leader who can make decisions, be solution led, excellent people management and client relationships.
